for the department “Automated Driving” at our location in Aachen 

Your challenge

• Application-related work with the opportunity to shape the future
• Development of powerful simulation environments and tools for safety validation automated vehicles
• Exciting projects with high degree of practical application in close cooperation with our partners in the automotive industry

Your profile

• You have a completed master's degree in the field of mechanical engineering, CES, electrical engineering or computer science with reference to automotive engineering
• You have already acquired programming skills in Python, C/C++ and/or MATLAB/Simulink
• Ideally, you have experience with simulation tools such as Carmaker or Virtual Test Drive.
• Ideally, you already have knowledge of safety validation processes or standards such as OpenScenario
• You have an interest in automated driving and hands-on tool development
• You have an independent, structured and systematic way of working
• You see yourself as a team player who can push team goals forward and know that this can be achieved through reliability, initiative and good communication.
• Very good written and spoken German (near native/fluent to native speaker) and English complete your profile
