Within the scope of numerous bilateral projects, fka has established itself in the automotive industry as a renowned partner for conducting benchmarking analyses. Future recommendations for action for our customers and their products are derived from the findings of design and functional benchmarking. Both at the overall vehicle level and at the component level, our customers benefit from our extensive testing infrastructure, which allows a customer-specific, specially targeted analysis of the respective component or vehicle. The benchmarking results thus open up the possibility of further developing innovative systems and components. Components and vehicles can be modeled using various CAE methods for product optimization. For example, thermal, mechanical and electrical energy flows are modeled and control strategies optimized. The crash behavior of vehicles or individual components such as the crash management system can be analyzed using reverse engineering and meshing.
