Senior Engineer (m/f/d) Safety

for the department “Electrics & Electronics” at our location in Aachen 

Your challenge

• You take over the technical lead for tasks of functional safety in our projects
• You analyse, develop and create safety concepts for automotive systems and system components
• Thereout you derive technical requirements as well as technical and non-technical measures
• Reviewing and consolidating requirements for the engineering also belongs to your range of tasks
• You validate safety measures and integrations
• Additionally, you moderate meetings for HARA, FMEA and reviews

Your profile

• You are proud of your Master degree (Engineering, Computer Science or similar)
• You have several years of experience in the topic of functional safety and good knowledge of ISO26262
• You have basic knowledge in the area of electrics/electronics as well as in ASPICE
• The terms SOTIF and Cyber Security as well as the software design, development and management are familiar to you
• Needless to say that good communication and team working skills are essential
• Very good written and spoken English rounds off your profile
