Teamwork and an interdisciplinary exchange of ideas are the key to successful technological leadership. Therefore we frequently organize symposia and conferences to discuss exciting topics in automotive engineering in close cooperation with our partner, the Institute for Automotive Engineering (ika) of RWTH Aachen University.

5th Symposium Driving Simulation

20.11. – 21.11.2019, Aachen

The 5th Symposium Driving Simulation offers international driving simulator experts the opportunity to intensively exchange current research results on driving simulation from 20th until 21st November. With its highly dynamic driving simulator, the Institute for Automotive Engineering at RWTH Aachen University provides the perfect backdrop for this unique symposium.

Organized jointly by fka, the Automotive Simulation Center Stuttgart and the Virtual Dimension Center, the symposium is now coming to Aachen after visiting Stuttgart, Berlin, Braunschweig and Kaiserslautern. In addition to an extensive lecture program focusing on Interaction Research, Driver Assistance Application, Immersion Measures for Driving Simulators and Driving Simulation Technology, the symposium will be accompanied by a technical exhibition and demonstrations of the highly dynamic driving simulator.

In addition, the symposium offers the opportunity for extensive exchange and networking with international experts and specialists. You will also have the opportunity to attend the second ENVITED User Meeting on 20th November free of charge. ENVITED pools and promotes the expertise and networking of players from business and science in the fields of virtual driving simulation, ADAS, AS and connected mobility systems.

We would be very pleased to welcome you to the 5th Symposium Driving Simulation!
