Functional and software development
Control units are an essential part of every mechatronic system. Especially in modern vehicles you can easily come across hundreds of such units for all sorts of purposes.
This trend will continue with the increasing numbers of electric vehicles and extended comfort functions like automatic driving.
Our competences cover all aspects of control unit development, from research and development up to serial parts for a variety of applications, such as:
- Universal controllers and rapid control prototyping platforms including the necessary tool chains for the model-based software development
- Battery management systems
- Converters for electric machines in varying performance classes
- Measuring amplifiers and wireless modules
- Special products, e.g. customized smart actors
We use a great variety of different micro controller platforms, including the relevant Infineon Aurix systems. Throughout our development process, digital systems like bug tracking, requirements management or the analysis of functional safety play an essential role.

Model-Based Systems Engineering
Introduction and implementation of the Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approach
We move away from the traditional document-based approach and instead rely on interconnected digital models. A system model serves as a shared platform for communication between all teams involved in development. It acts as a central source of information, ensuring that crucial data is always up to date and accessible.
