User Experience

With our user experience team, we support human-centered design from the idea to concept development to capturing the customer experience. We use empirical methods to answer questions that cannot be adequately answered either from a technical engineering perspective or through modeling. From the specification of research questions and study planning to subject recruitment and study execution to data analysis and interpretation, we offer support for all questions related to human-technology interaction in the mobility context.
